Ring Out, Wild Bells

I don’t think I’ve ever posted poetry on our Perspectives blog but I just ran across this poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson and thought it would be a wonderful way to wrap up the year.

Just when you think things are going to get back to normal, here comes omicron. I mean, c’monicron!

Even though this poem was published over 170 years ago (as part of Tennyson’s In Memoriam elegy), so many lines ring true today.  Read it slowly and savor each line.

Merry Christmas and God bless us, every one!
